I’m Fredrika, woman, mother, healer, and my mission is to help other women realise that they are enough, they are doing wonders, are wonderful mothers, and that they deserve to heal and be happy.
I began my journey as a writer by putting my thoughts and experiences on paper in an attempt to process situations and heal myself. After a time, I came to the realisation that my experience can help others heal and grow.
This encouraged me to publish my thoughts and now I am determined to explore the great many issues that keep us women from being happy with ourselves.
